The Institute for Reducing the Shadow Economy, Improving Tax and Customs Administration, and Fiscal Analysis under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan invites highly qualified and motivated professionals to apply, on a competitive basis, for the following vacant positions.
Department for Supporting Reforms in Budget Policy and Public Financial Management:
- Head of Department
Department for the Analysis of the Shadow Economy, Tax and Customs Administration:
- Chief Specialist;
- Leading Specialist.
Department for Improving Tax, Customs, and Tariff Policy:
- Head of Department;
- Chief Specialist.
Division for Improving Internal Control and Audit in Government Bodies:
- Chief Specialist;
- Leading Specialist.
Candidate Requirements:
- higher education in economics, finance, taxation, customs, auditing, statistics, or another relevant field;
- at least 3 years of professional experience in the relevant area of specialization;
- proficiency in the state language; knowledge of foreign languages will be considered an advantage;
- practical skills in using information and communication technologies;
- strong analytical thinking, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to work effectively in a team;
- possession of an academic degree (PhD or DSc) will be considered an advantage.
