International Experience in Developing Budget Expenditures for State Asset Management within the Framework of Budget Programs
The article analyzes foreign experiences of improving the public asset management system and ensuring its effective implementation within the framework of budget programs. Summarizes the experiences of different countries, their institutional mechanisms, and approaches to coordinating budget policy. It also examines the possibilities of applying these experiences in the context of Uzbekistan, in particular the introduction of a performance-based budgeting mechanism, the creation of a mechanism for analyzing assets based on their life cycle, and the development of practical proposals for managing public assets through an open data platform.
