State scholarships: preserve or abolish? A debate.

This analytical report analyzes the current procedure for awarding and paying scholarships to students of higher educational institutions in Uzbekistan, the role of scholarship expenditures in the structure of the state budget, and the dynamics for 2024–2026. The experience of foreign countries was also studied, and proposals were developed for a more targeted and effective organization of the scholarship system.
