Memorandum of Cooperation in Research and Education Signed
The institute signed a memorandum with one of its international partners to strengthen ties in the fields of scientific research and education. Within the framework of cooperation, joint programs and exchange of experience are planned.
On May 13 of this year, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Institute for Reducing the Share of the Hidden Economy, Improving Tax and Customs Administration, and Fiscal Analysis under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Professional Education Institute, a non-governmental educational institution of the Russian Federation.
The Memorandum was signed by Abbosbek Jurayev, Director of the Institute for Reducing the Share of the Hidden Economy, Improving Tax and Customs Administration, and Fiscal Analysis, and Yuliya Usova, Rector of the Professional Education Institute.
The Memorandum provides for conducting joint research in the fields of economics, finance, budget and tax policy, reducing the share of the hidden economy, and improving tax and customs administration.
The parties also agreed to cooperate in the areas of land and property relations, real estate valuation and management, as well as to organize scientific conferences, forums, seminars, and webinars.
During the meeting, the parties expressed confidence that the implementation of the agreements reached on long-term cooperation would create a foundation for knowledge exchange between the two institutes and enable the implementation of joint initiatives aimed at economic development.
